SC's two benches for next week to hear number of important cases

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted two benches at the principal seat to hear a number of important cases during the next week, starting from Monday (March 4).The first bench is comprised of Chief Justice, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed while second bench consist of Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.According to cause lists, no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the Court. If the counsel is unable to appear for any reason, the Advocate-on-Record will be required to argue the case.Besides, no adjournment on any ground will be granted.Copyright APP (Associated Press of Pakistan), 2013
