Security arrangements for general elections in Kharan

KHARAN: District Returning Officer, Kharan, Fateh Mohammad Khajjak has said that effective security arrangements will be made for holding of upcoming general elections in peaceful environment in the district.Talking to APP here Thursday, he said regular troops of Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps besides the Levies and Police will be deployed around the polling stations in sensitive areas of the district.He said the district administration has already provided maximum security to the offices and staff of Election Commission in the district.Copyright AFP (Agence France-Presse), 2013
