Sindh Caretaker CM dismisses eight contract officers

KARACHI: Sindh Caretaker Chief Minister (CM), Justice Zahid Kurban Alavi (Retd) has dismissed eight more contract officers in compliance with the directives of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.The order will come into effect forthwith, said an official announcement here on Wednesday.Among these officers, Dr. Ferozeuddin Memon was performing duties of Director General, Health Services Sindh in Hyderabad, Qamar Ahmed Khan was Project Director, Monitoring and Evaluation Cell, Youth Affairs Department, Saeed Hussain Malik as Superintendent Engineer, Provincial Highways Circle, Works and Services Department, Larkana Region, Naimatullah Phulpoto was performing his duties with Works and Services Department, Abdul Razzaq as X-Ray Technician/ Store Incharge, Civil Hospital Karachi, Major (Retd) Aftab Ahmed Lodhi as Advisor to the Sindh Governor, Dr S.M. Qureshi as Chairman, Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee and Mumtaz-ur-Rehman Khan was working as Advisor to the Sindh Governor.Copyright APP (Associated Press of Pakistan), 2013
