Five kidnappers killed, Kidnapped 13-year-old boy rescued in Karachi

KARACHI: At least five suspected kidnappers were killed during an operation conducted by the Anti-Violent Crime Cell near Hub on Monday morning, rescuing a 13-year-old boy.According to SSP Niaz Khoso, on a tip off, the AVCC personnel raided a house for recovery of the kidnapped boy where clash between kidnappers and personnel started. He said that at least five kidnappers were killed in the ensuing encounter while an abducted 13-year-old boy Mustafa was rescued safely.The boy was kidnapped on May 24 when he went to Defence Phase-IV area to meet his Facebook friend Arsalan for the first time.He was kidnapped by Arsalan’s brother Taimoor for ransom of Rs 50 million.Copyright INP (Independent News Pakistan), 2013
