PML-N Balochistan demands its own CM

QUETTA: Additional General Secretary Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Balochistan chapter Mir Liaquat Ali Lehri has demanded the party leadership to nominate candidate from the party cadre for the top slot of the provincial government in Balochistan.In a statement issued, here Wednesday, he said "PML-N has been enjoying majority in the Balochistan Assembly and according to the parliamentary tradition, it is the right of the majority party to head the government".He said that masses have given mandate to PML-N in recent general elections and they have pinned hope on this largest party of the country that it would take solid measures to resolve their problems."The Chief Minister of Balochistan from PML-N will work better to resolve the issues and problems of people that would help in strengthening the party in the province that would bear fruits in shape winning maximum seats in the next general elections," he said.Copyright APP (Associated Press of Pakistan), 2013
