Three women among eight killed in accident

SARGODHA: Eight persons, including three women were killed, while eighteen others received injuries in coach-trailer collision at Bhalwal road on Tuesday. Police said a coach (ND-565) was heading toward Bhalwal from Rajanpur when its driver dozed off and the vehicle collided with a trailer (DNN-795) coming from opposite direction near Ajanala road. Coach driver Mazhar Shah, conductor Muhammad Hussain, passengers Muhammad Iqbal, Muhammad Rafiq, Muhammad Khalid, Nafeesa Bibi, Sabri Bibi and a girl Anam died on the spot.Eighteen others including Mohsin, Rao Nadeem, Anwaar,Qurban, Waseem, Muhammad Hussain, Khalid were injured.The deceased and injured were shifted to THQ hospital Bhalwal Saddar.Copyright APP (Associated Press of Pakistan), 2013
