Three killed, 12 injured in Malakand blast

MALAKAND: At least three persons were reportedly killed and 12 others injured in blast at a mosque in Bazdara Bala area near Batkhela Bazaar here on Friday.According to officials of Malakand administration, people were gathered in mosque for prayers when a huge blast occurred at Bazdara Bala village.As a result, three persons were killed and 12 others injured. The officials of Malakand administration, Levy and Khasadar Force rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to hospital.Emergency has been enforced in the Govt hospital at Batkhela. The nature of the explosion could not be ascertained. The casualty figure may increase further as the condition of several victims are stated to be critical.The Levy Force have cordoned off the area and started operation.Copyright APP (Associated Press of Pakistan), 2013
